Berea Baptist Church seeks a Church Administrator (part-time), to provide general administrative and personnel oversight; to promote the ministries of the Church; to provide financial reporting assistance. The Administrator actively supports the church’s core values, mission statement, vision and various ministries; oversees Church operations; provides administrative assistance for staff and members. Using problem solving skills, the Administrator proactively identifies methods to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the Church ministries, as well as ways to support the goals of the congregation, Senior Pastor, other staff and Deacons.
