Baptist Distinctives Bulletin Inserts
Some of the principles that characterize Baptists of the past and present, with related quotes from Baptist leaders of the past, formatted as bulletin inserts
In conjunction with Dover Baptist Association's 225th Anniversary Celebration in 2008, Dover highlighted some of the distinctive principles that characterize Baptists of the past and present. In 1995 the Virginia Baptist Historical Society published a booklet on Baptist Distinctives. Fred Anderson, the society's executive director, kindly gave permission for Dover to use the distinctives for our celebration and for Dover's member churches to copy the list of distinctives and the inserts created to highlight them.
Those inserts, a total of nine, include a summary list of the distinctive principles and eight pages that each highlight one or two distinctives with related quotes and comments. To view the bulletin inserts, click on the following link:
