The next Executive Committee meeting will take place on July 8, 2008 at North Run Baptist Church. The meeting is scheduled to begin at 7:30 PM. North Run Baptist Church is located at 2100 Lydell Drive, Richmond 23228.

RE: Dover Executive Committee meeting on July 8, 2008
We will next meet at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, July, 8, 2008 at North Run Baptist Church, 2100 Lydell Drive, Richmond. Our agenda will include reports from our various committees and councils. I expect one or more recommendations from our trustees related to the Wynbrook legacy and from the Mission Resource Recommendation Team related to the proceeds from the sale of Richmond Heights Baptist Church. I also expect a recommendation from the Church Extension Council re the sale of a future church site to Grace Chinese Baptist Church. We may also have other recommendations.
You will find a proposed calendar and draft budget enclosed. Please share (copies of) these with appropriate leaders as your church plans its calendar and budget for the coming year.
If you lead one of our committees or councils and plan to have a report, it would help us–and the clerk–to have a written copy, especially if your report includes a recommendation(s). Anything you want the Dover office to copy for distribution to Executive Committee members should arrive at the Dover office not later than Monday morning July 7. Thank you.
Please take a few minutes to review the enclosed minutes of our April Executive Committee meeting and our Semiannual Association Meeting. I look forward to seeing you at our meeting on July 8.
