Description
This network group is forming to meet monthly to discuss and share ideas on church health. This is not a pastor’s support group! It does not replace the pastor’s fellowship meeting. The purpose is to bring Dover pastors together to talk about issues related to church health and growth. We designed it to be a peer learning experience that will strengthen ministries through the exchange of ideas. Each month Bill and Dean will convene the meeting and we will talk about topics of interest to the group. To get things started we are beginning with the book, “Transformational Church.” We will address the issue of “Changing the Score Card.” The topic is taken from the book.
October 25 we will discuss “Characteristics of Transformation.” On November 29, we plan to lead a panel of those who are going through the Transformational Church process in our area. This will carry us through the remainder of the year. Once we established, the group will help set the direction of discussion.
