The Virginia Baptist Women’s Chorale is open to musically trained women who are practicing singers and who meet at least one of the following criteria:

Leaders of a Baptist church music program in Virginia (paid or volunteer)

Denominational workers
-
Instrumentalists serving regularly as accompanists for church music organizations

Leaders of other Baptist music programs
-
Former members of the Virginia Baptist Women's Chorale

Wives of paid church staff members
The chorale has an annual weekend retreat and conducts several (usually 4) concerts a year. There are currently 49 members of the chorale.
