VCU International Student Thanksgiving Dinner
Dover Baptists are invited to help serve and interact with international students at Virginia Commonwealth University. People are asked to help the students feel welcome and loved, especially during this season when homesickness is most keenly felt.

Set up: 5-6 pm (can't get
into school any earlier)
Dinner: 6-8:30
p.m.
Clean up: 8:30 (must be out
of building by 10 pm)
We need all volunteers to
be there by 5:00 p.m. and help with set-up so we can begin serving by 6:00
p.m.
when the students arrive.
Also, we need guest "host"
who will greet the students when they arrive, walk with them through the
dinner
line, and then sit and
visit with them during the meal. (people with the gift of hospitality would be
great at this!)
